Miss Arab Organization welcomes Arab women from across the globe. Below are important guidelines for international applicants regarding U.S. visa support, travel logistics, and financial responsibilities.
Who Covers Travel Costs?
Finalists are responsible for the following:

Round-trip airfare to the United States

U.S. visa application fees (if applicable)

Pageant outfits, accessories, and personal styling
The Miss Arab Organization provides:

Hotel accommodation during the official pageant week

Meals and ground transportation for official pageant activities

Airport pickup and drop-off in the host city
U.S. Visa Support
Depending on the country that issued your passport, a U.S. visitor visa may be required. Some passport holders may be eligible for visa-free entry or the Visa Waiver Program.
If a visa is required, and you are selected as a finalist, the Miss Arab Organization will provide:

An official letter of invitation

Confirmation of your finalist status

Documentation of accommodations and event schedule

Optional assistance in completing your U.S. visa application
Important: Visa decisions are made solely by the U.S. embassy or consulate. The organization has no control over visa approval or denial.
Refund Policy if Visa Is Denied
If your visa application is denied and you cannot attend the pageant:

You may request a refund of the final pageant fee

A copy of the official denial letter from the U.S. embassy or consulate is required

Refunds will not be issued for any other reason
The initial $50 registration fee remains non-refundable under any circumstances.
2026 Pageant Location
The 2026 Miss Arab Universe pageant will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Finalists will receive detailed arrival instructions and hotel assignment upon confirmation.
We strongly recommend that you begin your visa application at least 10–14 weeks before pageant week.
